Commentary Don Quixote as Knight of the Lions with Folly, who shows to him Dulcinea's portrait; Sancho, astonished, observes them; also Sancho's donkey.
In the upper part, an oval medallion with Cervantes' portrait ("MICHELE DI CERVANTES").
