Commentary Well-known scene; Rocinante begins to move closer to one of the travelers' mares (four in the text, only two in the illustration), leaving don Quixote almost hold by his hand, but he has not fallen yet. The innkeeper, his daughter and Maritornes should not appear yet.
Drawing and engraving are poor.
