Commentary | Don Quixote, mistaking the priest for Micomicona (Dorotea), kneels down before him after the adventure of the wine skins; don Quixote believes that he has killed the giant Pandafilando and points to the wine/blood; Sancho also believes that his master has killed a giant, making the barber laugh and the innkeeper get angry; Cardenio prevents the innkeeper from hitting don Quixote.
Print of great quality because of the variety of gestures and expressions accurate to Cervantes' text. |
